R* E* S* P* E* C* T

R .... the Party's Buzzword: Respect. There is a marked lack of respect here on Tibb on both sides of the fence, and it's getting worse not better. A vote for Arista means a vote to eradicate this nonsense, implement much needed changes and restore both morale and fun to this site.

E .... Empathy. Our leader the great Arista in his wisdom, can see clearly there is a lack of compassion and empathy which needs to be sorted to restore a good atmosphere. Citizens of Tibb should all be able to feel valued, supported and listened to. Listening to members and trying to understand their issues even if not agreeing with them at times is imperative. The Respect Party are strong believers in this ethos.

S .... Solidarity. A party is only as strong as its weakest link. There are no weak links in the Respect Party. We stand together as one.

P .... Prosper. Under the Arista regime, this forum will thrive and prosper.

E .... Enthusiasm. This party can't be beat for enthusiasm, we have so much passion and spirit to put into making the forum the best it can possibly be, and with your help we can get it there. We want what you want, and aim to get there by working together as one big happy Tibb family. Dissenters and troublemakers will not be tolerated, Arista sees all, hears all and knows what's right.

C .... Co-operation. Our party believes fervently that only by all Tibb members working together towards a common goal, that of a peaceful and respectful ...

T .... Tolerance. There's a big issue, which Arista intends to tackle heads on, around tolerance in Tibbland as it stands
