That doesn't make sense. If he'd been doing something before, as you claimed, she could have said "look, I'm really sorry, but you were all doing those chavvy things, and banging on the glass". She didn't, she opened the door to confront them for no reason.

It's not just the punks side. He has that woman on video, and she would have said something like "you were the guys throwing bricks at the window" if they'd been up to anything. They obviously hadn't been.
