And that's down to Moyes managment, and business he's done, the sales of Rooney, Lescot, Arteta, Piennar and many more, and then pretty good recruitment to replace them, and even if they are 8th they're still not able to compete with Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea or Arsenal, lets face it even a club with the size, stature and history as Liverpool cannot compete with these clubs.

Helps us out in 2 ways. Gives your lot a manager that is unproven at this level, and ****s Everton up a bit aswell. A great couple of days.

Liverpool made the right managerial appointments for decades, but it only took one wrong decision to bring it all crashing down. Last edited by Jesus.; 09-05-2013 at 03:46 PM. |

First of all, please use paragraphs. (That isn't mickey taking just makes it a tad hard to read a wall of text as they say) Second of all, where to start in your post deary me. That isn't the only reason I don't want Moyes for the job at all. For one, I doubt if he can win a Premier League title. Especially with Jose on his way back to Chelsea. Second of all, I'm not entirely convinced by his style of play. In regards to you wheeling off players... Rooney was at his best in 2009/10. And Rooney's best form apart from that was at Euro 2004 really. I believe Rooney departed partly due to Moyes not playing him as much as he wanted. Rooney's best form wasn't under David Moyes. That is for sure. Rodwell, you sold him when he couldn't even get in your team. He was a decent talent a couple of years back but he's not nothing to write home about and wasn't in his latter days at Everton. Osman, sorry but, how this guy gets in the England team is beyond me. Sums up how **** we are. Guess he got the best out of him, not that there's much there anyway. Maybe give you that one. Coleman, haven't seen him a whole lot so sharnt comment. Jagielka, yes, very good player. Definitely should be in the England squad more. Lescott, well he had a very good campaign last season. Unlucky for him that he was ousted from the starting XI. Arteta has been a good signing for Arsenal. His best days were at Everton but he wasn't as good in his latter days at Everton. Pienaar, give you that one. Now, it seems you're getting a little butt hurt. It's my opinion. You have a crystal ball do you? You know for sure this guy is going to come in and do brilliantly? No. The issue here is, you can't accept that my opinion is different. I don't think Moyes is good enough. If he turns out to be though, I will come on here and, gladly, say I was wrong. Oh, and let's not use youth players that have gone on to play for their international teams and then name English players. Anyone can get in that England team judging by who Woy picks. May not be shoestring budget, but he's still worked wonders with what he has. If it wasn't for clubs like City and Chelsea getting Mafia owners and spending Monopoly money then chances are he leads Everton to CL a lot more imo.

Also worth pointing out that Moyes is the only Everton manager never to win at Anfield, when we've not exactly been great the last few years.
Long may his record continue. |

Moyes does well with the players in his squad that have quality, lets be honest pretty much every United player has quality and so i think he will work well with them and do a good job. |

Agree with this, until we enter the midfield area. In which we have such dire options.

Moyes will show everyone just how overrated Cleverly is, next season.

This logic can be applied to most of our squad next season I imagine. Not even Mourinho can motivate players to be hungry for success like Sir Alex does.

Devastated to lose Moyes for selfish reasons, but delighted for him personally because he deserves more than anyone else this opportunity to show the World just what a great manager he is.
