Getting rid of her was the best move for anybody at that point, that reward challenge is really difficult and if I was in the game I'd throw it. I don't want that blood on my hands. People are always bitter afterwards.

I think Dawn will probably gain Brenda's vote from this, because Brenda probably won't be as personal about it when she's been fed and had some sleep. Same with Andrea really.

Cochran is the only one who seems to be playing this game at a consistent level of mind-*******ery and is keeping calm throughout really.

I really don't think so. What I've seen of her secret scenes/confessionals whatever she's been SO much less cut-throat. The only reason I think they've been hiding her in the edit is because if they made her into any more of a sweetheart then...

uh... no. Brenda has been described by four players in interviews as catatonic, a mute, Helen Keller, someone who never talks period, etc. for the whole premerge. And like LemonJam said, as unfortunate as her edit is it makes sense. Just take a look at Twitter and see the outrage towards Dawn (and Cochran and Sherri to a lesser extent), the only thing comparable in recent history is when Shelly evicted Jeff in BBUS13.

And getting rid of her wasn't a good move at all? It was just a ploy for attention because Cochran wanted to ~make another big move~ or whatever the ****. Eddie's the biggest Jury threat and already has at least four of those votes on lock, he's a bigger Challenge threat (Brenda's only been really good at endurance), and they didn't even try to bring Eddie in to force Dawn to choose between them and Brenda/Erik (like Tom/Ian in the Palau F6). If they trusted Dawn that much they clearly could've just gotten Eddie out now and waited next week for Brenda. It was a stupid move and only done for attention, like most of things Cochran does. Also the family visit has never been as cruel as it was this time so Brenda's not at fault for winning it.

lololol Dawn will definitely NOT gain from this. She and Brenda were so close and she went along with this for no reason. Did you not see Brenda's exit and final words? Anyways, actual spoiler related

Yes Eddie is more of a threat but they took this chance to use their three majority vote to their advantage whilst Eddie was still in the game. Cochran made the move before Dawn flip flopped which she could have done next week after a bit of Brenda persuasion

It wasn't the best move to get rid of her and it benefited nobody. It was just Cochran being Cochran and trying to get some camera time and look like a big strategic threat making a big move. The jury LOVES Eddie and it's no secret, given their reactions to every TC. He's the cat with nine lives and juries are a sucker for that, especially one with his Michael, Andrea, Reynold, and Malcolm all on it already. Take Eddie out now and they still have the majority 3-2. Dawn's biggest ally the whole game has been Cochran, she wouldn't have flipped on him for Brenda and Erik. Eddie was completely irrelevant to the vote, they didn't even bother to get him in on the loop and tell him to vote Brenda, that's how confident they were in their final three that they didn't need him.

Dawn and Cochran are evil. Before the end I was thinking about how I didn't really like Survivor compared to Big Brother and the Amazing Race. This adds to that. But the Ponderosa food looks good.

It's a double edge sword really. If she keeps it she's seen as selfish and people would be less inclined to vote for her in the end and when she gave it away she became a bigger threat. She couldn't win really.

Anyway I'm not surprised she was blindsided, giving up reward put a massive target on her back

Of the others, I don't really care who wins, however I do hope Cochran goes soon, I really dislike the way he gets to commentate on the eps and the same privilege isn't given to anyone else, it seems very unfair.
