Thanks for your comment, I think they were paid too, I also think it is a government initiative as they own C4 to use this programme to demonize all those welfare dependent those on DLA specifically.
You are right I think they have been set up like fish in a barrel to be investigated during to course of the series.
I am not saying for one minute that fraud is right, it isn't. I just feel this programme devisive.
