I may have a go at having cereal for breakfast and lunch and an evening meal.

organic porridge with honey and natural musli with ice cold milk and strawberries I think... mmm
Been shopping today, didn't buy any rubbish

I remember the sunny D phase, marketed at kids and bought by mums thinking it was fresh OJ and it was packed with E numbers and sugar, made them hyper ... awful stuff.

It looked such an artificial colour no way could it have been fresh.. not seen it for ages, I know there was a bit hoo haa about it being wrongly marketed at the time, just thought it had been discontinued.

I think they changed the ingredients and re launched it, but it wasn't luminous orange anymore so the kids didn't want it and mums didn't trust it.

Been a bit busy with offline stuff so havent posted in here for a couple of days.

Yesterdays:

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg & Wholemeal Toast + a cup of tea
Lunch - Chicken & Hoisin Noodle Salad
Dinner - Mince, Potatos, Carrots, Broccoli & Cauliflower
Supper - Tuna Sandwhich

Just drank water all day
