Think any one of them could have gone really, Francesca would have been the obvious choice because their teams whole performance was a general disaster but Rebecca was responsible for two of the biggest wastes of money and has looked quite shaky and unreliable throughout the series, & Luisa should have been comfortably safe but did her best to talk LS into firing her

Would probably say Neil is the favourite to win after tonights ep, looked really strong (as did Alex and Myles, barely noticed Natalie or Kurt)

the show has been set up to humiliate the candidates more than ever imho.....the after show with dara is getting out of hand too...the guests are arrogant as heck too..
1 day to set up Ł5000 away day entertainment is no easy task ....I thought neil took a gamble but he spoke from the heart and that that's what usually works better imho than mindless business speak....alex as usual made me laugh the most

sugar probably made the wrong decision Imho wine tasting wasn't that bad an idea and the motivational speaker well it was a tough call as who would have motivated that lot from her team?

I thought the team leader should have gone, she not only failed but she didn't fail in flames as she promised she just spewed endless bland business speak yet failed to come up with actual ideas or bring them to life....also what was flopsy doing in the kitchen he should have entertained the folks

It was quite a big ask tbh, but the ideas were dire... Something more high end would have been much better for bankers. Something like origami or indian head massage sessions with some tai chi instruction?
I'm at a loss to pick who I liked enough to champion them, may reserve judgement till next week.

That was stupid firing. This was a task for the team leader to lose. Whatever though, she wasn't going to win anyway but I would have liked to see her as PM.

Only thing I would probably say for Rebecca is that she got a bit unfairly grilled for the motivational speaker decision, most of the people there seemed to think it was the best part of the day and I doubt Jordan would have been any good of it, the other team just got quite lucky that Neil managed to pull it out the bag
