I mean the odds favor male winners, but at the same time the last female winner of the civilian series' was Josie back in 2010 so a female winner is completely probable too. But really it depends on the housemates. If we get a female who's not too sexually open and likes disney/avoiding confrontation that sort of stuff, a female winner is totally possible!

Actually the last female winner was Luke A.

Yes we reffered to him as a man but the fact is he still has a vagina and is able to get pregnant (weird to think).

But to be fair, Luke identified as male, so I consider him as a male housemate. Also, at the launch of last season Luke was part of the 8 guys, and there were 8 other girls so he was cast as male, too. Thus making him a male winner.
