Very.co.uk even have a section on their website where you can buy stuff from the BB house.
I am pretty sure not all this stuff will be used its just for people to shop hence the price tags and links to the website to purchase.
I'll put money on it (pardon the pun) that those chairs at the top of the stairs (ooh that rhymed) will not be there and are purely to promote Very.co.uk website.
