Dexter has a lot of support on the outside plus he hasn't done much to get 10 nominations. Dexter is the one more likely to stay IMO. I can see Gina's mask slipping and her going off on one of the HM's but I think that too will get her support on the outside. I hope I'm wrong about this but if these two are consistently put up for no good reason then I can see one of them, if not both, making the final.
