All comes down to Sam, Daley and Callum I guess. Daley and Callum might even save Dexter

(this is of course assuming the nominees can't vote)

Sams been talking to Dan today and says he shouldnt be up..so I think he would go for Dan.

The best possible outcome of this is for the HMs to save Dan..because they think Wolfys a favourite and it would mean they would definitely finally be rid of either Dexter or Gina. Then Wolfy goes...
