He has manipulated everyone in that house at least once into reacting or revealing in a way counter to their own best interests in the house, and done so in a way that looks entirely innocuous.

The primary reason the twins don't like him (aside from Wolfy telling them and doing as she says) is that he makes them feel stupid. The other hm's aren't much different, they say creepy or snakey, but what they really mean is they leave a conversation with him knowing something just happened, but they don't know what. You can clearly read it on their faces.

It's a delicate balance, and entirely likely he may end up letting Gina see too much of it in the safe house, totally destroying his game, but barring that, he'll have blindsided that entire house to the final before they realize what's hit them.
