Emma may be a bit lightweight for this type of interview. I would rather have had a senior member of the production staff do it. Especially if, as I suspect, it will end up as a discussion of BB's actions.

But Emma would probably be offended if there was a suggestion she would not be able to handle the interview.

Fistly, I'd be interested to hear what grounds you think Daley's solicitor may have for a complaint. And secondly, why on earth wouldn't they get Emma, a professional presenter with a lot of experience, to do the interview? Production staff aren't experienced at being in front of the camera no matter how senior they may be, so I'd also be interested to see your workings for that one.
