I think she just agreed with Charlie that Dexter was acting, I remember when she was telling Charlie that Dex was pretending to be jealous of Callum in the garden they were laughing before Dexter walked in. Dexter himself started laughing too because he knew that Gina was telling Charlie.
The whole thing was laughable. As Charlie said herself there is no spark there, no connection, Dexter is just completely cold and clinical when saying he has 'feelings' for her. There's nothing behind it, it just seems so fake. The psychologist one on Bots also agreed that there was no emotion there from his side. I would laugh too at someone acting so poorly.
She always said she liked Callum even in the safehouse. This is not something new.

True, i think she did miss hear what was said with Daley, she was quite surprised Daley said that.
