It's starting to look more likely, yes. But it's annoying because a lot of the officials released have been excl +1 which is such a pain. With +1, officially right now is beating BB13.

I don't think I will bother working it out because half of the officials don't include +1, so the official average so far will be very wrong. But if you want to look yourself, it's on the BB14 wiki page towards the bottom. It states there whether the rating includes +1 or not.
