Hardly a vindictive episode at all. Dan just cannot really work Dexter out like most people cannot either.

I just didn't like the fact he said he can't hate him basically because how he looks.

There's no need to judge him on what he's like on how he looks.

I would've preferred if Dan said he did hate him and that he annoyed him because of the way he acts...but basically fobbed it off because he's a skinny guy with a little arse?!

And that he was tragic BASICALLY for these reasons.
