Indeed, I'm sure there are plenty of no win-no fee lawyers in Canada.... in fact it may have originated there, as I vaguely recall.

They may be queueing up to tout for business!

When Bieber punched a photographer some months ago, there was a lawyer nearby who gave the victim some advice. The photographer went to hospital claiming chest pains: unsurprisingly he was discharged without treatment! But I'll bet that cost Bieber a few grand.
