Two I can think of.
1. Tell the housemates that for one week they will be nominating the two housemates they want to save from eviction however they are actually still nominating for eviction resulting in them all nominating the ones they are closest too.
2.Play a secrets game when housemates are informed in private of the biggest secret said about them behind their back in the house. However none of these are secrets but in fact lies making the housemates paranoid for no reason what so ever.
