Put it this way. In noms - if two housemates have like 6noms each but then another housemate has like 2 and they are still up then its double. If it isn't double they only need to have 2 people up, unless noms suggest otherwise.

Dexter, Hazel and Callum will deffo be up. If other's join them it will either be The Twins and/or Charlie. If it's double you can't really call it....
