Cool, i've been vaping for years. I'm very clumsy and tend to break things easily, have got my latest mod this week. An Itaste SVD. It's awesome. I started off with a tornado before the tank came out. Have you considered a variable voltage/wattage device? I think the tornado is only 3.7v there is nothing like vaping at 5v lol.

I've been vaping daily for probably 5 years. If you buy from reputable dealers of which there are many there is no risk whatsoever. They use pharmaceutical grade nicotine.

If you buy liquid from a backstreet in poland as the bloke from guns n roses did, then it serves you right.

I do worry sometimes that they haven't been tested and regulated properly but then I think of what I inhaled daily from cigarettes and think it can't be any worse that that...

I only use liquids from reputable dealers..

Just do a search on the safety of eliquid, they have to go through all kinds of QA testing. Any fears are totally unfounded and scaremongering.

Im a bit of a long term vaper i dont even remember how long ago i swapped it for smoking its 4-5 years now though.
I am a bit of a tightarse and had my screwdriver mod for over 2 years until it started to get a bit rare to find the 901 attys so i bought myself a lavatube 4 and an aga-t2 rebuildable atty.

I mix my own juice and managed to get my nicotine base imported from the U.S. 100mg strength 500ml of it and managed to talk them into labelling it as 4mg pg base labelled with a value of $20 (shove the VAT up their bumholes)
I buy VG from ebay for about £6 a litre and buy tobacco flavouring from liberty flights and make my juice up to about 18mg in strength.

buying a rebuildable atty was about the best investment ever i use steel rope as a wick and the wire to make your own coils is dirt cheap too much cheaper than buying atomisers.

All my nicotine, glycerine and flavouring come from sources with pharmaceutical standard ingredients.

Cool. I have never got into the whole RBA thing, too much hassle for me. I have gone through two lavatubes though, the wiring becomes loose for me for some reason on most mods and the top cap ends up coming off. The same with the vamo. I've bought an Itaste svd now though and it is by far the sturdiest device i've had.

I used to mix my own liquid, but I now buy premade 100ml bottles from misteliquid £17.99.

And I use a vivi nova which I love. Really want to try the iclear tanks though, thought I would get one with my svd but didn't.

The itaste looks very nice i wish i could afford to buy a few mods but i will have to stick with my lavatube for a while yet.
Have you checked out fasttech.com at all they sell some stupidly cheap clones i just ordered a telescopic mod for £13 and a rebuildable dripping atty for £3 both free delivery.

No mate, never heard of that site. Just had a quick look and they have the svd on there. I don't really order from american sites though, i'm far too impatient, if I order something I want it now lol. Would take weeks to come from America.

They are chinese so yeah if you are in a hurry its no good its like a month delivery :/
I know what you mean about the lavatubes i havent got a wobbly top but the chrome plating is wearing off after 3 months and it looks a mess and the plastic buttons uggh. Not good for the price i paid for it.

I love my vaping its a great hobby and a lifesaver for me my chest was screwed when i gave up smoking i feel so much better now.

I like watching todds reviews on youtube and on his facebook page but it just makes me want to buy more things!

Yea when I first started getting into it I was quite active on the Uk Vapers forum, you would get people saying this new thing is brilliant everyone should try this, and I would end up spending a fortune on different things. Most of them were rubbish and just people trying to push things for monetary gain. Latest trap I fell into was the pro tank. I bought one on release, used it for a day and havent touched it since.
