How did Dexter bully Callum? He defused the triangle thing by winning the picnic and taking Dan. He was honest to Callum's face during the fake shrink task. Hell, he was even the one who originally told Callum people were talking behind his back and were probably going to nominate him for being "too nice". When Charlie said she wasn't interested, Dexter backed off, Callum kept running in full force, and still tried making it Dexter's fault.
