Surely we should be considering what has brought Callum to this breaking point. Sam touched on it when he stood up to Dexter and although Dexter tried to talk over him as a distraction Sam stuck to his guns and had his day, namely that Dexter has been saying stuff deliberately to Callum to push his buttons and he knows exactly what he's doing. We probably haven't seen the half of it.
