Whenever the subjects come up of who will win she's consistently said Sam or Sophie. When Dexter told her she's sitting pretty and has nothing to worry about she said that you can never be certain of anything in the BB house.

It doesn't take Einstein to realise that agreeing you are sitting pretty isn't the best move. Even Gina has enough sense not to say that - even if she does think it.
