Because the producers have obviously decided to include him in the highlights for once, if it was left to his own devices he wouldnt have featured at all. It says a lot when BB have to literally feed put a carrot in front of him to get him involved.

This was the most dull episode to date and it heavily featured Sam...just sayin

Sams done lots that haven't been shown,hardly his fault or then again maybe it is,how did BB feed him a carrot it was Dexter who chose Sam not BB and it backfired just nicely,just sayin'
