Charlie came as a complete shock to her, and he called Charlie sly and manipulative or something. This along with the twins mum saying Charlie talks behind backs and is a 'player', has got Gina mega paranoid.

Gina's bf also said, "Hazel is just jealous". I think this and saying she is fake confirmed to Gina that she is not 'evil inside' or more importantly not a major threat.

Gina's bf also said Charlie talks behind Gina's back. This and the sly and manipulative remarks, identified Charlie as someone much more dangerous who could/would expose Gina by repeating what she says privately.
