Birth control and policies on having children (China ) are what should be tackled, but we wont see the effect until long term.

I guess, although immoral, the focus on keeping the elderly alive as long as possible should be narrowed. I know for sure if I was 80 and was unable to look after myself I would rather no longer be alive, Id just be a nuisance.

But it depends on how serious the big people think this problem is!
