At a guess the only person in there from a richer middle class background , who may have some knowledge of the finer things in life is Charlie, but then Charlie ???She will probably only remember every expensive therapist in the country.

I'm honestly not sure that they would. Unless she slipped up. I would almost definitely question her on her pronunciation of those chocolates and posh wine I think, and who knows what would develop from that.
