Gina is in a difficult position nomms wise. As she doesn't have a massive dislike for any of the HMs left in house.

Sam 'dislikes' Sophie and Dexter
Sophie 'dislikes' Sam and will nominate Charlie
Twins 'dislike' Charlie because of her DC, her friend's acerbic nomination and the fact that their mum told them not to like her. They are also not keen on Gina and will use the fact 'she was too gleeful' when Hazel left as a reason
Dexter isn't enamoured with Jack and will use this to nom Jack and Joe and he doesn't gel with Sam
Charlie will nominate twins due to her friends advise and maybe Sophie

Gina will probably nominate twins as she's not close to them but who will Gina's second nom be? She won't nom Dexter, Sam or Sophie which leaves Charlie who Gina KNOWS will have a melt down if Gina noms her
