They ALL knew it was between Charlie and Hazel. Dexter celebrated because he knew he'd have a better chance at winning with Hazel gone and Charlie staying as he thinks/thought he could wrap her around his finger and get her on his side. The only person he feels he's up against now is Gina.

I think that Dexters happiness was down to the fact that he STAYED and that Charlie (who he really likes) STAYED and the only person he really didnt like and has never really got along with (although they've been polite to each other) LEFT

Just like in Gina's case, I dont understand why people think you should be upset when people you dislike leave???

I was glad the Twins got to tell Gina that they were unhappy at her reaction to Hazel leaving, it meant that Gina could answer her critics

Why should she have pretended not to be happy?

She would not, under any circumstances, pretend to support Hazel in any way because it would have been two-faced

Dexter was just showing his elation and being left in with a girl he likes, whats wrong with that?
