She didn't "ask" Charlie to nominate her, she said it was okay to do so after seeing her name already on Charlie's board. The clip clearly shows Gina holding the board to her chest after finishing her nominations and not showing or touching it again until she turns it over to reveal her nominations, your hatred of her is clearly making you see things that you want to see.

Pity you cant see whats plainly there, sad really but being brainwashed by Gina seems to be effecting loads.
