How does me not remembering if Sophie turned her board around equal not seeing a lot? what the actual hell? We clearly saw Gina, the Twins' and Sam's boards, Charlie and Dexter did not turn theirs yet no one throws accusations of cheating their way.

There was cheating going on for sure during the vote. Sophie was hardly subtle about it. Looks like she wanted to nominate Charlie, but changed it to Dexter.

They need to do more than void her noms because for Sophie thats no punishment at all because she isnt up. They need to put them all up for Sophies noms would have influenced the vote, Sam might nit have been up, Gina might of etc

I mean, I watched the vids, and it's probable that their was a name change last minute and even some discussion amongst some of the HM's. I have no doubt that BB have already looked at it and made a decision regarding what to do. Maybe they deemed them to be violating the rules, maybe not, it's their call. Then why are you accusing her of cheating when she clearly didn't? You're very quick to get suspicious of her about this when Dexter (your own favourite) never even showed his board so he could clearly of cheated. This whole debacle needs the judgement of Solomon. This is my take on it (not that I'm Solomon...)

BB SHOULD HAVE CLEARLY STATED THAT THE NOMS BOARD SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED AROUND.

They should have also made the time limit clearer initially and collected the pens when the noms had been written prior to the noms being shown.

No housemate should have been allowed to dither and procrastinate at the point of nomination - they had had all day to consider their votes and the idea that they could not make a decision is ludicrous. This was the last nomination and therefore the MOST CRITICAL.

The fault of this whole fiasco lies with BB for not making this crucial vote viable.

Therefore, it is up to them to deal with this swiftly and efficiently. The way to do this is to show them the vid of last nights noms and regardless of what the culprits say they were writing they should, be put up for nomination for not doing as they were told (i.e nominating 2 other housemates).

Therefore Charlie should remain up as she was so indecisive (her indecisiveness set the tone for the rest of the fiasco BTW) and Gina and Sophie should be up too for continuing to write.

In this case we the voting public have to opportunity to vote for the person we would like to see evicted.

For instance - I would like No Trophy Sophie to go as she has flown under the radar. Since this is the only chance I might have I would like the opportunity to vote her out. If she is not punished (as previous HM's have been in previous series) there is no point in doing the programme anymore if the whole basic premise fall apart at the end of the series. Setting that aside BB need to act - quickly - end of...

If BB had done what they were supposed to do there would be no need for this thread and Sam and Mr Wong would not have to be having this argument.
