Musically, both completely 10000% awful. However, Alex Reid's kickboxing dance that he did in the performance was hilarious and brought some humour to the nightmare. There was NOTHING good in Jay's, so I vote his as the worst.

I think jays although I could only hear a muffled scream due to having to shove tampons in my ears to stop them bleeding profusely

He looked completely uncomfortable in his own skin and replaced any comfortable dance moves with inane grinning and jerky strutting.

Ohhhhh Alex Reid! I will never, ever forget him kicking the snowman in the garden, making those "ushhhhhhh" noises like he was in a dodgy Kung Fu movie. Now, I don't pretend to know much about Mixed Martial Arts, but I guess you'd have to have pretty good balance and he was ALL OVER THE PLACE! Almost as amusing as watching someone kick ******* out of him in the cage. Ahhhh LOL.... 'Appy days.
