I'm not against a friendship... I'm truly happy you've enjoyed him/them.

What I've seen all series is "Actor Dexter" preying on an emotionally weak, naive, real girl and using her as a prop so he has the ability to speak to the camera/audience. He's used her to push his (in my opinion vague and weak) tale of having been on a journey.

That's just how I see it! The most important thing is we've all been entertained even if for different reasons.
