Sallie and Jemima could have made a lot more of an impact on this series if they had stayed over, lets say, Sam and Sophie. They did more in the first week or two than the aforementioned bores did in the entire series.

Well said Jordan, I have been much more active during this BB series (huge mistake as I've lost a lot of respect for people I was really fond of during the off season) and whenever I've said my loves (Gina, Sophie, Charlie, Jackie etc) I've been told that I like the bores (minus Gina) and when I say i don't like Dexter I get people saying "you like Sophie and she's a bore" etc

I like who I like and I dislike who I like FFS.

Exactly Troy, For me the reason I first started liking Gina was that she was undergoing a transformation, from that person we saw on night one (well two) to the person we saw tonight, she's gone from not wanting to do anything, begging others to swap beds for her etc to dancing in the garden, drinking dog food etc, and kudos to her for doing it.

Where as Dexter has been slimy the whole way along, and for me it seems like he's so repetitive that it got too dull, I thought he produced drama in week one, but I didn't like the way it seemed to be the same thing over and over again, IMO he wasn't the rightful winner, I'd have prefered Wolfy to win over him

Well done to him for 2nd and everything, not taking away from that, but I didn't like him at all

I think voting was unfortunately split between he and Gina. I think if she wasn't in the finale, he may have one. I wish it had been them as final 2 as both deserved it.

It was in the context of this year's BB.

Will Sam go down as one of my all-time favourite HM's? Of course not. (Callum was my fav. of this series anyway).

It's just compared to scum like Dex and Gina (at least Science and Coolio were real and true to themselves), i went with Sam.

Plus Charlie's whole handling of the Dex/Callum situation pissed me off.

Also me liking Callum also meant i was more drawn to Sam.

Well said Jordan,the sychophantic fans did Dexter in particular more harm than good by their constant ramming him down peoples throats,and their lack of being able to see his faults ,I myself found it very off putting and it probably cost him in votes.

i'd go along with this, they became so overbearing on the forums and bbuk youtube channel, it was funny that the minute a housemate had a disagreement on the show with dexter whether he was in the right or wrong his fans would kickstart an over the top vile hate campaign against that housemate, flooding forums and bbuk youtube channel with constant ridiculous negative threads and comments

It's like when you talk to people who are casual-ish fans of BB about old series and they go 'oh yeah was that the one with Makosi in it?'...because she was the best housemate of BB6 obviously, or 'oh yeah, the one with Nikki?'...it's always the biggest characters that are remembered because um, shock horror...they MADE the series. Barely anyone ever remembers the winner and the question that always comes up in these conversations are 'who won that year again?', because it was usually an undeserving dullard.

Gina and Dexter defined BB14 and will be remembered, Sam was a tedious bore with perhaps two minutes to offer over 10 weeks. Fact.

But they will always remember Sam because he IS the BB 2013 winner.

Dexter will not be remembered positively but rather very negatively as the slime ball who bull ****ted his way into BB, attempted to become a villain but failed miserably because he couldn't live up to that bull **** persona, and ended up turning into a dribbling cry baby who declared his love to a girl that everyone but him knew had him by the short and curlies.

Gina will be remembered as the rich bitch who had no money and a mouth that had no class.

he is nowhere near a top ten of housemates.

People just clung onto dexter in the hope he rescued a show that slipped rapidly downhill on the departure of dan.

Infact out of this years housemates he'd be lucky to make the top five of this years all time.

dexter koh, is and always will be seen as the most over rated housemate of all time...you honestly think he's a ben duncan, marcus or freddie..lol, he doesnt even come close...and those three barely sneek into any decent top ten.
