I wonder what will happen next.
Don't think she is romantically attracted to Dexter nor he to her, although they are very fond of each other.
When they left SH and returned Gina actually was quick to 're-assure' Sam she was not romantically involved with Dexter which struck me as odd as she had barely spoken to Sam at that point. Sam seemed very eager to know the nature of Ginxter and I thought 'why do you care?'. Looking back the signs were there...
