Strongly recommended to promote decency and uphold a specific type of televisual representation of British morality and spiritual cleanliness! Of course, this does not necessarily mean they are truly spiritual, enlightened or blessed, though they very well may be. It’s interesting to note the words used are: “spiritually influential” and "morally sound"…just to be clear.

The several factors that were taken into account when compiling the list. Listed below are the main four:

1) The person has to be alive
2) The person has to have made a unique and spiritual contribution on a global scale
3) The person is frequently googled, appears in Nielsen Data, and highlighted in throughout the blogosphere.
4.} The person has to have never proven themselves human or normal in any way by means of dropping a bollock in public...or showing any outward sign of possessing a sense of humour.
