She is delusional, she has been brought up that way by delusional parents who palmed off a 10 year old boy as an antiques "Expert" and gave her a false diploma making her a Doctor of "Metaphysics" and a teacher of "Dramaturgy" both of which she uses to con people into paying her for her "Therapy" sessions and for "Drama" classes. The same Diplomas her parents and siblings also flog to unsuspecting punters!
