why does he speak like someone from the hood. what is all that about

he seems to do it more in the diary room than when speaking outward to the group

That's actually not true..

He had no money left because of his addictions when five split and his only asset was his house worth a quarter of a million, the agent he found to deal with his house sale ran way with his money leaving him with nothing.

The "accent" is called Jafaken and it's a combo of Jamaican and East London. It's totally fake, put on and only spoken by idiots who think it's cool to speak in that ridiculous way. It annoys me to death and I hate hearing it. Like me putting on a French accent because I think it sounds cool. Just plain silly. Hopefully he'll grow out of his affliction and speak normally again.
