This. The producers have back up plans for every occurrence, but they've been doing the show long enough to hazard a guess at who will be able to survive most evictions. Louie was never going to go vs who he was up against on Friday.
It's the same as Speidi being sent to the basement in the last CBB series - they were never going to go in a million years vs the likes of Paula and whoever else was up that first eviction, so they were able to create a twist around them. It may look slightly dodgy but I can guarantee a lot of it is common sense.

Well they have independent regulators who check the results and if they lied they would be shut down
