I'd recommend you try and find a balance of healthier eating and some exercise if at possible? I now it must be difficult with a little one, but burning more calories than you use is better than not using enough calories.
This is all well and good, but I want to be a size 10 again by my birthday, which normal dieting wont allow

We are having a big night out, meeting with people from school and stuff, so I want to look good

So I'm thinking less about the long term aspects of it tbh.
