Amanda staying over Spencer is actually best for ELISSA'S game, I don't see why people don't see that, are they blinded by their hatred of Amanda
Shes planning a very smart move, she just doesn't know how ratty Andy is.
If she votes out Amanda, she would be out no matter what(Excluding comps) next anyway, as the Exterminators (Bar GM who can't win HOH, so she was worthless) were targetting Elissa before McCrae.

So by saving Amanda means the Exterminators would target her first, therefore Elissa will stay. Great Move.

Also if Amanda was to win HOh she would target Judd and GinaMarie, with Spencer as replacement. Whereas if Spencer was to win HOH, bang Elissa is the target

She is actually very smart, and I see what shes trying to do.
