I doubt that at all, I just think she's coming to the realisation that perhaps she doesn't depend on him anymore and that maybe (and this is in no way me being one of those that looks down upon marriages and relationships with large age gaps, I see no problem with them whatsoever) she wants to be with someone her own age? Being married at 16 makes it likely it's not going to be with 'the one'...I respect they've been together three years but I do think she's actually maturing and developing as a person in the house and this experience has potentially altered her perspective a bit.

I don't think they'll split anytime soon, but there's definitely something there between Courtney and Mario regardless. That 'we know we're flirting but we won't openly acknowledge it to each other' with the hand thing is the best and cutest form of flirting there is, and she was touching her lips when they were laying in bed together which is an alluring gesture. She probably fancies him but knows she can't really do anything about it. As for him...well...seriously, who could refuse?
