I've been to an eviction and they move a large part of the crowd inside for the interview, it's silly really because when the housemate leaves there are a lot less people there but it has to be done otherwise the interview room would be empty.

Who cares if the interview room is empty? They don't show the crowd and we only really hear from them at the end when they clap. Really silly if that's what they do.

Well you can't predict what the crowd will do. Big Brother probably want a louder crowd in there for background effect. Cheering, booing, but if you get a quiet crowd you are stuck with it.
