I know Kate is called her Kate because her name is Melanie and I have a simple mind, and Kazanne is called Kazanne because she supports that Russian football club.

Lol, I can't believe that, my mum was actually gonna call me Melanie at one point. Then she changed to Katherine. I'd have preferred Melanie but wth.
