Ballroom and sequence dance.
Sequence dance. - has a repeat of the steps at every sixteenth bar, typically going on for five or six sequences in all. "Balmoral Blues" Both videos, they are supposed to be dancing same steps. I am trying to dance like the couple, the second video. Sequence dancers' average age is in their eighties. Also as you can see in the video, normally anywhere we go, there are more ladies than gentlemen, so I learn male steps and often dance with ladies. Ballroom (Modern) - Waltz, Foxtrot, Quicksteps, Tango, Viennese Waltz (Latin) - Rumba, Cha cha, Jive, and I do some Samba and hardly dance Paso Doble (too shy to dance in public - if you do not do it properly, it's better not to do it at all, and none of social dancers (we are) dance properly.) My friend Yko and I are going to Cardiff for an afternoon tea dance (next month) stay over night. Typical "tea dance" will be half Modern, half Latin and few sequence dance.
