Shes like Kat in the way she collaborates with people you would only collaborate with to gain status, makes flawfree tunes, but flops anyway

Can't get over this shameless JLo ripoff of Whine Up though, even though I stanned for it before I discovered Kat

Yeah, here
![]() Not only does 41-year-old Jennifer Lopez’s new single “On the Floor” bear an uncanny resemblance to 23-year-old Kat DeLuna’s single “Party O’Clock” that was released in Europe last fall, but now so does Jennifer’s video. In a behind the scenes clip of the making of for Lopez’s music video, there are a few scenes which seem straight ripped from Kat’s. Please explain this, Gatecrasher! When J.Lo’s video is compared to the clip for “Party O’Clock,” there are frames in which the singers look as if they dressed from the same wardrobe. In “Party O’Clock,” DeLuna rocks leopard-print leggings and a black strapless leotard as she gyrates in a club scene. In her video, J.Lo dons a blue leopard-print leotard with dark blue leopard leggings. According to a source who scrutinized a rough cut of Lopez’s video, J.Lo also imitates DeLuna’s “dance hall moves” as she … gyrates in a club scene. The fact that RedOne produced both singles could account for the lyrical similarities but not for the video. A source argues that Lopez’s video is “inspired” by DeLuna’s and all J.Lo did was give Kat’s vision a bigger budget. So, you see, Jennifer is actually helping Kat. If anything, Kat should be thanking her. Or not. A former Sony BMG employee says this isn’t the first time Lopez has been “inspired” by Kat. Back in 2007, they both recorded for the same record company. DeLuna was working on her first album and her label suggested using the song “Miles in These Shoes” as her first single. Jennifer laughed a hearty laugh, pointed her bony finger at record execs and told them to bring the song and some donuts to her. She “specifically urged executives to withdraw the song from Kat” so she could record it for the 2007 album “Brave.” On Wednesday, DeLuna may have had enough and through a spokespersons said: “I’ve seen this before, where the more established artist tries to take the vision and artistic ideas away from an emerging artist, and assumes no one will notice because of their bigger shadow,” DeLuna said through her spokesman. “Luckily, my loyal fans and the power of the Internet have let the ‘Kat’ out of the bag.” DeLuna remains a good sport about the situation: “Business is business,” she says, adding she’s focusing on positive feedback from her upcoming single, “Dancing Tonight.” Jennifer Lopez sounds like a bitch. She acts sweet and nice but that image is directly contrasted by these stories of her screwing people over and acting like a diva. If you haven’t already, go check out Gatecrasher’s side-by-side of Jennifer and DeLuna. Jennifer’s photo is perfect. It makes her look like a soul-sucking she-devil. Also, Jennifer’s behind the scenes and Kat’s video below. Jennifer Lopez is oblivious to allegations her new song “On the Floor” bears striking similarities to a track by R&B singer Kat Deluna, insisting she is “not aware” of the brewing controversy. The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” hitmaker debuted her single last month, but the tune immediately caught the attention of music fans who pointed out its resemblance to DeLuna’s track “Party O’Clock,” which was released in Europe in November. Both songs were produced by RedOne and feature similar lyrics and harmonies, while Lopez’s promo for “On The Floor” is also said to borrow elements from DeLuna’s video. Dominique Charriau/Getty Images DeLuna recently accused the superstar of “taking away” her ideas, but insisted she had no plans to sue Lopez, saying, “Business is business.” Now Lopez has broken her silence about the controversy and dismissed the criticism after being quizzed about the claims during an appearance on Spanish TV show, “Despierta America.” Speaking in Spanish, she replied, “I’m not aware of that… No, I didn’t hear about it.”

By tradition, the flop goddesses have flopped. So we shall move on. Both of these have been in successful girl bands but who is best?

One more point on the flop goddesses. I think we can call it a draw, Jessica might have a number 1 in Australia and starred in a successful film, but Kat's Run The Show is a playable song on Just Dance 4, so all in all I'd say it's a close one. Gotta give it to Kat though

Cheryl has some jams but Poison/Don't Hold Your Breath just edges it for me and Nicole has much better vocals and is tolerable

Yeah I would say Call My Name, Under The Sun, FFTL and Sexy Den A Mutha are jams, but unfortunately it's Cheryl...

Nicole on the other hand is a 'not flawless but close' goddess. Poison, Don't Hold Your Breath and Killer Love are her best jams but Boomerang lets her down.

Kat Deluna fans could easily be called Delunatics. I don't get how this hasn't been picked up on by the big labels.
![]() Its actually not a bad album A Million Lights, most of her jams seem to be on there. But this jam from Nicole, I can't...

Aside from the first three flawfree bops, the rest of the album isn't great. Wet was okay but I remember it basically sounding like a rip off of Only Girl
