If, from an introductory ,Niamh finds out that person x is also a member of a health and beauty forum, then she could highlight that area of TIBB, if person y likes football, then she could get one of the men to pm that person and discuss things like the prediction game etc.
I had no idea about any of the other side of TIBB, until I was reading the BB forum in off season and BD mentioned it. If you cross sell the other areas of tibb, then you're probably more likely to get a higher strike rate of people staying. TIBB is such a specific name about a specific show, that people need to be willing to explain that to people.

Yeah, actually now you mention it when I joined it took me 3 months to realise that there was other sections besides the BB section
