I'm happy we will still (hopefully) get at least 2 more regular BBs. As much as I did get a little bored towards the end of the last series and I do wish they would get more ideas rather than recycling the same ones time after time, I still generally enjoy it. I don't think I'll be able to keep up with the summer CBBs though if they insist on keeping them. This years summer version was the first time I stopped watching a series of BB. I made it through about 6 days before I gave up, I really couldn't be bothered with it.

One three week winter CBB and one 6 week summer BB would be perfect for me.

If Channel 5 are insistent on doing three series a year one idea I had would be to make one of the series' a 'trial version' of sorts, use it as a chance to tweak with the franchise and judge how the public handle it (similar to what Hijack was to me), one time it could be BBUS style rules, another could be another UBB etc.

I wonder if this indicates that C5 may start only 'renewing' the show once a year, allowing them to review the show yearly. Or it could just be a matter of the staff on the show having contracts that only last so long.
