...I’m going to assume that I’m ‘everybody’ as I was the only person to make a comment on Jayson’s post and the comment I made where I used the word ‘cliquey’ was specifically about the chat threads and not the forum in general...which I did say were always cliquey, as in the past tense because they were a lot different when I first started to post off season...I think of all threads, by the very nature of them, a chat thread will be the hardest to just go into when you don’t know many people because it’s more personal chat than on a topic and existing members will obviously know each other quite well... I’m on other forums as well and it’s the same there, so not a specific thing to TiBB....I did also say though that in my opinion they’re much more open now... and I’ve seen newer members join in with them as much as they themselves want to but unfortunately the threads are a lot quieter as well, so it’s a bit of a catch 22 in that there isn’t so much ‘chat’ to join in with ...

..I have looked all through the thread and can’t see where you said that it was cliquey or anyone rounding on you, so I can’t really comment on that..

I think the cliquey post SM made was about a "certain poster" (who could he possibly mean?) getting preferential treatment from a specific mod (again, I have no idea who he could possibly be talking about), and where these ideas have been force fed into him.

I don't think he was referencing anyone in particular jesus, if you could explain who you feel is 'force feeding' that would be helpful.
Of course it's not beneficial to point fingers, or to draw out specific members and hold them up as responsible for the posts of others.
As ammi said the chat threads can and have been cliquey, that's her opinion and I agree with her.

I just used his own words, and I know exactly where this stuff is being fed from. We all do Kizzy. He would probably admit it himself, but that's for him to do, and I'm certainly not going to lay out his opinions for him.

I know for a fact that on day one here, some posters are warned not to talk to me and have been warned off talking to Glenn in the past as well. Cliques exist alright, but they have nothing to do with the chat threads.

I've been perfectly civil, but when the conversation turns in a manner you can't handle, you resort to victim mode. I'm really sorry - you wrote in either this thread or another that the truth doesn't hurt. Maybe it does after all.
