Getting work done on your chin is meant to be really complicated and takes a very long time or so I heard? A boy I know is really self conscious about his chin and he was talking about getting it chiselled down which I thought was ridiculous, but obviously if you're insecure about something, you're not just going to get over it...

Why would she have work on her chin there was nothing wrong with it before

It's just the eyebrows making her look different imo

Again, not seeing a difference... different make up, that's all it is I think. Women can make their noses look like a totally different shape with the right techniques, genuinely think it's just because her eyebrows look weird.
